Vijaya - Kuweni at Nelum Pokuna

Since it is being the 10th anniversary of the Vishver Rangayathanaya - The Traditional Sri Lankan Dancing Academy Melbourne Australia;they have decided to stage an ancient Sri Lankan story, depicting the Vijaya Kuweni legend in a dance production.

The story will be showcased at the Nelum Pokuna main auditorium on January 5, 2013 from 6 pm. 'Devoted to Sri Lankan heritage,'Vishver Rangayathanaya is a leading institute of Sri Lankan traditional dance for over a decade and also a dedicative institute of promoting and nurturing authentic and modern Sri Lankan dance styles.

The institute is continuously delivering a unique service of attracting students from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds to learn traditions exsiting from our ancestors.
