Western Province netball champions

The Western Province emerged netball champions in the 38th National Sports Festival when they defeated the North West ( Wayamba ) by 69 - 55 in the finals worked off at the Torrington indoor stadium yesterday.

The Southern Province secured the third place whey they overcame the Central Province by 47-41 at the same venue. The netball games of the National Sports Festival commenced on Friday and concluded yesterday.
