PS chairman assaulted

Nallur Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman P. Vasanthakumar, has been assaulted by an unknown group of persons yesterday afternoon. Jaffna Police sources said that he was currently receiving treatment at the Jaffna Hospital. Police are conducting further investigations.
