British national nabbed

A British national who attempted to steal 103 T20 World Cup entrance tickets which is now in progress in Sri Lanka was arrested yesterday by the police officers on duty at the time of the incident at the ticket issuing office at Stanley Wijesundara Mawatha, Colombo.

The 54 year old suspect has been handed over to Kurunduwatte police for further investigations.
