Presenting of appointment letters

A batch of 300 officers newly appointed to the Sri Lanka Administrative Service will receive their appointment letters from Public Administration and Home Affairs Minister W.D.J. Seneviratne at a ceremony at the Ministry Auditorium on September 24 at 1 pm.

These officers have completed their training at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration after passing a competitive examination in 2012.

Of them, 88 will be appointed as Assistant Divisional Secretaries. A majority of them will be posted for service in the North and East to help accelerate development work, said a press release by the Government Information Department.
