Keeping fit the Japanese way

The Health Ministry in collaboration with Japanese International Cooperation Agency is organising a special exercise day at the Fingara Indoor Cricket Academy today at 9am.

It will be held under the patronage of Health Ministry Secretary Dr Nihal Jayathilaka and JICA, Sri Lanka chief representative Harumi Ao. The session will be conducted by six instructors. They include Rinko Sakata, Torao Oishi, Koichiro Tobinaga, Masayuki Fukuda and Rena Matsumoto.

National Hospital physiotherapist Sanjeewa Tunpattu will also participate.

The event is open to the public.
