NDB wins Silver for best HR practices
The National Development Bank (NDB), was presented with the HR
Masters Silver Award at the HRM Awards 2012, conducted by the
Association of Human Resource Professionals (HRP), in Sri Lanka.
HRM Awards is the flagship event of the HRP Association, which
accolades the nation’s best HR practices, while assessing, recognising
and felicitating the best HRM systems and processes in Sri Lankan
organisations.

The award acknowledges NDB’s long term commitment towards the
development of its human resource and has placed the bank in a prime
position amidst multinationals as well as local blue chips that were
among the other recipients of the silver award.
Commenting on this achievement, Chief Operating Officer at NDB,
Indrajit

adjudged a Silver award winner in its primary admission at the HRM
awards.
