A superb 109 runs by Joseph Vaz College, Wennappuwa skipper Rukshan Fernando and ably supported by Sewvinda Silva who made 63 runs enabled them to beat Dharmaloka College, Kelaniya by 115 runs on Parabola system in their inter-school under 17 division one cricket tournament match played at Ragama.

Taking the first lease Joseph Vaz amassed 305 for 9 in their allotted 47 overs and in reply at the close homesters were 131 for 5.
