New ministry Secretary assumes duties

P.H.L.Wimalasiri Perera assumed duties as the new secretary to the Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities Ministry yesterday morning.

He has over 30 years experience in the administration field. He had served as the Divisional Secretary in many areas. He also served as the Additional Secretary to the Colombo district and additional secretary to a number of ministries.

Speaking on the occasion, Construction Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities Minister Wimal Weerawansa said that they are taking a huge effort to fulfill the duties given by President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
