Nirvana and Duran steer Joes to victory

A superb 105 opening stand in twelve overs by the Josephian openers, Nirvana Abeysekara 59 (in 53 balls with 11 boundaries) and Duran De Alwis 54 (in 46 balls with 9 boundaries and 2 sixes) helped St. Joseph's College Under 17 Division one cricket team to beat Sri Pagnananda Vidyalaya by 7 wickets.

Raddoluwa Sri Pagnananda Vidyalaya batting first 177 all out in 49.2 overs. Sandun Tharaka 36, Hiruna Dilshan 34, Fabian Fernando 2 for 47, Trishan Tanuja 3 for 27 and Priyamal Perera 2 for 31.
