Hal Oya Mini Hydro plant constructed

The Hal Oya Mini Hydro Power Plant, a joint venture between Vidullanka PLC and Vanguard industries (PVT) Ltd, under Udaka Energy group, was successfully completed yesterday. The plant would add 80 KW to the National Grid. Vidullanka PLC’s Mini Hydro Power Plant operation consists of three plants while construction work on the fourth hydro power plant is also in progress. Vidullanka PLC is a BOI approved company founded in 1997.
