Int’l HR conference today

The Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka has organized the International Human Resources Conferences 2012 at the Waters Edge Battaramulla today and tomorrow.

The Conference is based on the theme “The Evolving New HR Agenda”. The technical structure has been carefully planned and tailored to match the Business realities which have emerged in an ever changing Global Business Environment. The evolution of HR and the role it will play beyond the “Business Partner” will be captured in essence in the technical sessions thereby focusing on the manner in which HR has changed.

If HR has evolved, then there is a need to create a revolutionary process of reinvention from which “The New HR Agenda” will emerge.

The Keynote Speaker will be Horacio Eduardo Quiros, President World Federation of People Management Associations. There will be many other foreign and local personalities who will feature in this conference within the technical sessions. The Business Leaders Forum will feature four eminent personalities who have succeeded greatly in Business entrepreneurship.
