Inter-Provincial Cricket tourney at Maharagama

For the first time in Sri Lanka and Inter-Provincial cricket
tournament for the Education Minister Bandula Gunawardene's Challenge
Trophy organised by the Central College Maharagama was held recently at
Maharagama Central College grounds.
Gotami Girls School, Colombo (Western Province) carried away the
championship trophy at the tourney. The 1st runner up was Maharagama
Central College.
It is more or less a cricket festival consisting of four divisions in
the tourney, under 13 boys, under 15 boys, under 17 boys, 20 overs and
the competition under 19 girls. Personal results of matches
