Sri Lanka Youth team win both matches

The government services cricket tourney 2012 is in progress now.

The Sri Lanka youth team who played under ‘E’ division 2011, is at present playing in the ‘D’ division.

The 1st runner-up of the ‘E’ division in 2011 was Sri Lanka Youth eleven.

Up to date Sri Lanka Youth had played two matches and they gained easy victories in both matches.

The second match was played with Central Bank team at Mahara Prison grounds recently.

The opening batting was done by the Central Bank eleven and at the cost of all the wickets they conceded only 141 runs.

In replying the Sri Lanka Youth scored 142 runs in 19 overs and enjoyed an easy victory.
