Santa's workshop at Cinnamon Grand goes green
Enjoying Christmas |
Cinnamon Grand's most popular Children's event Santa's Workshop on
December 21 was a great success this year too, as over 200 children
attended the event. Bustling work stations and thrilling new surprises
encroached every corner at the workshop held in the Atrium, which was
turned into a hive of activity, with the Cinnamon Grand team pulling out
all stops, to ensure a memorable day for the kids.
One of many things that Santa wanted done this year at the Workshop
was to be environmentally responsible. Dismiss used wrapping paper, old
magazines and the remnants of party decorations as junk? Think again.
Santa kept his promise of letting the kids in on some of his closely
guarded secrets on how to turn the most unexpected things into something
special which can be used even after Christmas, (during the coming
year), if they learn to cultivate the recycling habit!
Elves teaching to make toys |
The Naughty list handled by elf Alabaster snowball, a make- your- own
Christmas Teddy Bear option and the art of making handmade recycled note
pad covers, a special session done by Monica de Lanerolle Designs, added
much excitement at the event. The Cinnamon Grand's talented chefs, also
managed to decode Santa's very special secret chocolate recipe and
helped the kids turn out their own brand of chocolate options, in a
truly indulgent treat! |
