WCIC to partner UAE entrepreneurs

The Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCIC) Colombo has entered into a partnership with women entrepreneurs in the United Arab Emirates.

Women's Chamber of Industry and Commerce President Vidyani Hettigoda together with Board legal representative Rifa Musthapha has held discussions with Lubna Bint Khalid Al-Qasimi to collaborate women in business between Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates during her recent visit to Sri Lanka.

Qasimi being the seventh most powerful woman in the world extended an invitation to the Women's Chamber of Industry and Commerce to foster greater relations between woman entrepreneurs in both countries.

This dialogue was facilitated by the Sri Lankan Ambassador in the UAE Sarath Wijesinghe.
