Pakistan clinch one-day series

Pakistanís spinners revelled in helpful conditions to crush Bangladesh by 58 runs in the third and final one-day international on Tuesday to win the series 3-0. The tourists, bowled out for a modest 177, hit back to dismiss Bangladesh for 119 on a wicket that turned and bounced at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium in the port city of Chittagong.

Sri Lanka confront India in crucial match today

Sri Lanka will confront host nation India in a crucial match of the South Asian Football Federation Cup at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi today. It will be a do or die battle for Sri Lanka as only a victory against India will enable them to remain in the tournament having lost to Afghanistan by 1-3 on Monday.

SSC in three wicket win over Tamil Union

A fine spell of bowling by right arm off spinner Sachitra Senanayake (4 for 28) helped SSC to reduce Tamil Union to a modest 143 with SSC reaching the target for the loss of seven wickets at SSC grounds yesterday in Premier Limited Over Tournament Tier A match.
