Awareness of narcotics

The Dangerous Drugs Control Board will conduct 145 awareness programmes to prevent students and youths from drug addiction at National Schools and Central Colleges in the North Western Province, a principal in the Kurunegala District told the Daily News.

About 200 senior school teachers will be trained on the risks of drug addiction and the ways of controlling the use of narcotics among youths.
