Yoshitha leads Sri Lanka Rugby Sevens team

Navy skipper Yoshitha Rajapaksa will lead the Sri Lanka team in the
Borneo Sevens championship which is to be worked off on September 24 and
25 in Malaysia. Beside Yoshitha five sailors have been included in the
squad namely Kalana Amarasinghe, Niranjan Wickremaratne, Suranga
Pushpakumara, Kosala Tissera and Dinusha Chathuranga. Three Air Force
players-Radhika Hettiarachchi, Chanaka Chandimal, Pubudu Kodagoda are
also in the squad.
This will be the second international sevens tournament that Sri
Lanka taking part this year after the Shanghai sevens in early
September. Sri Lanka will meet Korea, Thailand and China in their group.
Ellis Meachen will coach the local team while S. W. Chang will be the
team manager.
