‘Operations of certain finance companies disputable’
After the presentation of papers and oral
questions, the House took up the second reading of the Finance
Business Bill, Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Bill and
the Convention on the Suppression of Terrorist Financing (Amendment)
Bill. The House also took up the Order under the Excise (Special
Provisions) Act and Order under the Sri Lanka Export Development
Act.
