Police recover cartridges

The Boralesgamuwa Police checked a car at about 12.05pm on September 03 opposite the M N International Company after which they were able to recover four 9m.m. cartridges, netting a suspect in Webada West who was also in the possession of one milligram of heroin. The Police are investigating.
