SEC ‘Investor Day’ in Negombo

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) in association with the Negombo Branch of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) conducted a road show “Investor Day- Negombo” on September 3 at the Town Hall, Negombo.

Over 700 new investors participated at this event. Representatives of 18 Stock Broker firms and Unit Trust Management Companies participated at the Investor Day to educate the public on investing in the Capital Market. This was the fourth Roadshow conducted by the SEC in two months. Previous roadshows were held in Galle, Kandy and Kurunegala.
