received free houses.
Chathurika Nadeeshani of Kuliyapitiya who was permanently disabled
while working as a domestic aide in Jordan received a house recently.
Last week, at an auspicious time, she entered her new aboard not
alone but with her new husband, M.A.S. Amarakoon, a soldier of the Sri
Lanka Army, whom she wedded on the same day.
The duo had met at the Ragama hospital while they were receiving
treatment for injuries received, one at her work place in Jordan and the
other in the battlefield in the north while defending the motherland.
The wedding was sponsored by the SLBFE. |
