Sixteenth ICBAR

THARINDU WEERASINGHE

The 16th International Conference on Biotechnology in Animal Reproduction (ICBAR) was successfully held from August 4 to 5 in the Hotel Topaz and the Tourmaline in Kandy. This conference was jointly organized by University of Peradeniya, Wayamba University, Sri Lanka Association of Animal Production and International Association of Biotechnology in Animal Reproduction, Japan.

It was a forum for researchers and other stakeholders in the areas of animal reproduction, biotechnology, animal genetics and breeding to present their research papers as well share their knowledge. Eminent local scientists as well as the international scientists in the respective subject areas were invited to this event.
