Vietnam Ambassador Ton Sinh Thanh who made a courtesy call on Colombo
Dockyard recently said he was impressed with the performance and
capabilities of the Colombo Dockyard and commended the good work being
performed by the shipyard.
The two shipbuilding nations exchanged views about shipbuilding and
ship repairing industry in the two countries. Discussions also focused
on possible cooperation on areas of mutual interest and sharing of
technical expertise between the two countries.
