Winding up application withdrawn

The winding up application by Nelna Farm was withdrawn and Colombo Commercial High Court Judge Gamini Amarasekera directed the winding up proceedings to be continued as scheduled initially and the winding up petition will be taken up for inquiry on June 14.

The Petitioner Gold Coin Feed Mills (Lanka) Limited of Vystwyke Road, Colombo cited Nelna Farm (Private) Limited, Hathduwa Estate, Ranwala, Meethirigala as defendant. Senior Counsel Avinda Rodrigo with Attorneys Dharshani Illukpitiya, Shanaka Roshan Gunasekera, Harshana de Alwis instructed by Messrs. FJ & G De Saram appeared for the petitioner.
