Fast food for dinner at royal wedding?
Fast food for dinner, the length of Kate's dress, the reliability of
the wedding car and William's chances of being left at the altar - these
are some of the betting options available for the upcoming royal
wedding.
With the wedding of the year less than two weeks away, bookmakers
have put up odds for a range of bets - from the interesting to the
downright ridiculous - sure to tickle the fancy of punters across the
globe. One of the hottest markets is the song to accompany Prince
William and Kate Middleton's first wedding dance.
UK bookmaker William Hill has English crooner James Blunt's You're
Beautiful a five to one favourite, ahead of seven to one chance Don't
Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith and Everything I Do by Bryan Adams.
Ladbrokes, on the other hand, has taken a more literal view of the
market, with Abba's famous tune Dancing Queen listed at six to one.
As far as food goes, KFC, McDonalds and Burger King are listed as
rank 100-1 outsiders to be served as the main course at the wedding
dinner, with beef, lamb and chicken the top fancies.
