Undergrads nabbed with tortoises

Kalawanchikudi police arrested two University students with 10 slaughtered tortoises near the Batticaloa Thurainilawanai lagoon Saturday evening.

Police said one is an undergraduate at the Moratuwa University while the other is from the Eastern University.
