Teachers invited to join National Cadet Corps

Teachers with talent, skill and motivation have been invited to join the National Cadet Corps and become Commissioned officers which will carry several benefits and privileges to them as teachers.

Among these are the privilege of getting a transfer to a leading school for a better service; be mobilized in the Sri Lanka Army and Navy where emoluments will be according to rank.

They will receive their commission through a Gazette notification issued by the President after 45 days of military training and the completion of one year as a Probationary Officer.
