(3) The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the Lowest 
Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended April 30, 2010 by all commercial
banks was 11.13 percent and 9.00 percent respectively.

for the month of April, 2010 was 7.13 percent.
