Anoma Fonseka Habeas Corpus application:
Three Appeal Court judges nominated

The Court of Appeal yesterday nominated, three Court of Appeal judges
to hear the Habeas Corpus application filed by Anoma Fonseka, wife of
General Sarath Fonseka.
The Bench comprised Court of Appeal President Justice Sathya Hettige
and Justice Anil Gooneratne.
Therefore, the Court directed Senior State Counsel Sanjey Rajaratnam
to appear for the Attorney General before the three Judges Bench.
This case will be taken up on March 19.
The three Judges nominated are Justice Sathya Hettige, Justice D.S.E.
Lecamvasam and Justice Ranjith de Silva.
President's Counsel Romesh de Silva appeared for Anoma Fonseka.
