SMS banking from Standard Chartered

Standard Chartered Bank has partnered Dialog, Airtel and Etisalat to introduce SMS banking to its entire customer base of savings and current account holders while credit cardholders enjoy free SMS alerts.

With Standard Chartered Bank's SMS Banking, individual customers holding a Savings or current account have the ability to access their account information, view the last three most recent transactions, request for statements or even cheque books and execute fund transfers within their own accounts and to nominated third party accounts within the bank. Customers can also receive the latest foreign currency rates and make utility payments via SMS.

These are some of the many convenient facilities enabled through this new service channel exclusive to Standard Chartered Bank customers.


Isuzu drives into Jaffna
