Regional conference on Derivatives

A Regional Conference on Derivatives organized by the Financial Services Academy (FSA), the education and training arm of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) will be held from March 24 to 26 from 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. at the Galadari Hotel in Colombo.

Securities regulators, exchange staff, bank supervisors and other associated regulatory agencies from around the Asia Pacific region have been invited to participate at this conference and so far 15 nominations from six countries have been received confirming participation and we anticipate having more jurisdictions participate at this event.

The conference is open to local regulators, stock brokers, market intermediaries, unit trusts, academics, banking and finance professionals and lawyers providing them a platform to exchange ideas.
