Nations Trust Bank PLC Warrants - 2010

Nations Trust Bank PLC warrants will cease to trade on February 22 as per the terms of the issue. Expiration date of the warrants is March 10. Exercise price is Rs 30 per ordinary share, a media release said.

Nations Trust Bank PLC will mail to the holders of 2010 warrants registered in its books at the end of trading on February 22 a detailed notice of exercise. Warrant holders are required to exercise their right to convert the warrants to ordinary shares before 4.00 p.m. on March 10.

Warrants in respect of which the right to convert into ordinary shares are not exercised on or before 4.00 p.m. on March 10 shall have no rights whatsoever thereafter.
