employed anywhere in the world, Virtusa CEO, Kris Canekeratne told Daily
News Business.
He said that the advanced technology centres in Sri Lanka and India
has delivered focused, cost-effective business solutions using their
optimized global delivery model.
"Our main markets are the USA and Europe. We expect to expand the
business within these areas as we have already approached a larger
market share in the USA and Europe. Compared to the other companies in
the industry Virtusa has performed outstandingly", he said.
Canekeratne said that during the global economic downturn the IT
industry had to face difficulties especially in the spending of the
industry. However, at present the industry shows a minor improvement and
signs of stabilization in the industry. |
