JVP lost its purity as political party - NFF Leader

National Freedom Front Leader Wimal Weerawansa stated at the special convention of the NFF held at the Sugathadasa Stadium that the JVP had the option to select their own candidate for the Presidential election securing their identity preserved by its members sacrificing their lives during the Ranil Wickremesinghe regime.
