agreed to re-pay the money that they have obtained from F and G Real
Estate Company.
N. C. Gunasekera, one of the depositors who appeared before Court on
notice, was yesterday directed to appear before the CID to make another
statement in connection with the case.
On an application by Deputy Solicitor General Yasantha Kodagoda,
President’s Counsel Reinzie Arasacularatne, Senior Counsel for Chairman
Lalith Kotalawala said his client is willing to pay 1/6th of his assets
