Fresh Case Study paper for SLAS Class III

A fresh examination only for the Case Study paper of the Limited Competitive examination for recruitment to Class III of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service will be conducted on November 14, the Examinations Department announced .

An official of the Department said arrangements are made to send admission cards to all candidates by post.

The official added that as per the rules and regulations of the Examinations Department, a candidate who appears for even one of the papers of an examination is considered to have sat that examination.

Hence those who sit this paper scheduled for November 14 will be deemed to have used one of their available attempts at this examination, even if they have not appeared for any of the papers held on May 31, 2009.

The Case Study paper of the Limited Competitive examination to recruit candidates for Class III of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, 2007 conducted on May 2009 has been cancelled following the paper leak confirmed by the Criminal Investigations Department, Public Administration and Home Affairs Ministry official told the Daily News yesterday.
