The re-launch of
Thinakaran newspaper published by the Associated Newspapers
of Ceylon Ltd (ANCL) was held at Sangarapillai Hall,
Wellawatte under the patronage of ANCL Chairman Bandula
Padmakumara yesterday. Here Thinakaran Editor Siva
