York SC, Park SC in lead

Table leaders in group 'A' Kalutara Park SC with 18 points from seven games will take on Green Field SC in a CEAT Premier League encounter at Kalutara on Sunday while the Group 'B' leaders Kandy York SC meet Pelicans SC which is the best game fro the week end.

This game will also decide the group leaders as they are in battle to move to the top in this group.

Kandy York has maintained an unbeaten record so far while Pelicans too have the same record but have only three wins and three draws under their belt.

Looking at the record Kandy has a better chance to overcome their opponents and could hold on to their supremacy here for a further period.

The other games too will be of great importance to all teams as they are trying their best to move upwards in the points table.
