Dahanayake (136 n.o.) leads NCC's fight-back

Middle order batsman Demintha Dahanayake hit a captains knock of 136 not out with 19 boundaries and shared an unfinished seventh wicket stand of 125 runs with all rounder Roshan Laksiri (42) as NCC recovered well to reach a formidable 324 for 7 in their first innings on the opening day of their SLC under 23 division one cricket tournament final against the traditional rivals SSC which began at Maitland Place yesterday. Chandima - 108

Dilan Chandima hit a splendid 108 with 13 boundaries to lift Sri Lanka Navy SC to 248 for 9 in their first innings on the opening day of their SLC under-23 division two cricket tournament three day final against CCC which commenced at the R. Premadasa Stadium yesterday.
