Musical colours on two pianos

Sri Lanka's well known artistes, Ramya de Livera Perera, and Soundarie David, will combine their talents in presenting to you a unique concert featuring works for two pianos on September 29 at 7.30 p.m. at the Lionel Wendit Theatre. This special concert of four hands on two pianos will combine colour, and will showcase the entire range of what a grand piano can offer.

Ramaya's dedication to nurturing talent of young students to reach high standards, be it for examinations or for the real love and feel for music, has been greatly appreciated through the years. Being the co-leader of the Symphony Orchestra of Sri Lanka has given much joy. She enjoys accompanying and playing in chamber ensembles both violin and piano. Performing as four hands (on two pianos) with Soundarie is also something she is looking forward to, on this special evening.

It is bound to be an evening of mesmerizing music. Be sure not to miss the date.
