Adventura opens!

Snugly nestled at Excel World a different adventure is becoming a reality with ‘Adventura’ dazzling patrons who visit the entertainment park.

Always bringing the best of entertainment and action, this time Excel World have brought down rides from ‘Preston Barbie’ Italy where traditional artistic designs and themes are incorporated into the amusement thrills. “Italy is renowned for its rides and with this in mind, we wanted to give Sri Lankans an international experience by shipping these rides especially down,” said Ramesh Seneviratne of Excel World.

The main attraction of ‘Adventura’ is the fact that bumper cars are back into action. “Earlier, we did have some bumper cars but they were rather small and not very versatile. However, this time around, we have tailor-made bumper cars that can accommodate two and has plenty of action with more ‘bumpiness’ and energy,” said Ramesh with a smile. Adding more glitter to their 4D simulation concept, ‘Adventura’ will make the energetic action escapade a complete one. Partnering with Showscan Entertainment in USA, a complete Showscan simulation theatre with Showscan films are showing in Sri Lanka which Excel World operates the very first motion simulation theatre located in Sri Lanka.

The Excel World theme park features amazing a ‘Showscan 4-D/H-D Simulation Theatre(tm)’ package with the famous Showscan 4-D/H-D Simulation Theatre(tm) that includes the MM4 Maxi-Motion base platforms, the show control system with a HD server, HD projectors, a complete audio system and also 4-D effects!

Excel World continues to be a good name for fun and fiesta for the whole family with entertaining activities like ‘Strikes Bowling Alley’, ‘Lazer Runner’ team action with lazers, Game Zone’ and ‘Ground Zero gaming arcades and if you are in for serious painting action - Paintball. “We offer paintball games only if they are booked in advance because it is yet to have more interest,” said Ramesh.
