When we talk about the youth we cannot get rid of the generation gap among the young people and the elderly people in a country. Today I am talking as a youth but my idea also can be changed when I grow old according to experiences in my life. Therefore, it is a general phenomenon that is there in any society.

On the other hand today we are living in a very competitive society compared with the early days. The youth who live today is facing many challenges than any other youth who lived before, when considering the complexity of the society. there is a major role for the parents and teachers to play in this complex society.

It is really essential to listen to the children and to understand them and help them deal with the challenges. There is a huge exposure for the youngsters due to the development of telecommunication. The youn-gsters need the correct guidance and support from the adults to use their technologies in an appropriate manner to achievesuccess.
