The workshop at the Mt.Lavinia Hotel will be inaugurated by Minister of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Anura Priyadarshana Yapa. The workshop will cover a wide range of topics relating to PPP including what is PPP, what types of projects and why, what other countries are doing, policy framework, risk management, legal and contractual issues, project finance and other related areas.
