The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka signed a supplementary agreement with ASP Knitters (Pvt) Ltd recently. Chairman/Director General of the BOI Dhammika Perera signed the agreement on behalf of the BOI and Chairperson of ASP Knitters Deepani Samarasinghe signed on behalf of the company. Minister of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion and Minister of Mass Media and Information Anura Priyadharshana Yapa presented the investors with the BOI Certificate of Registration. The agreement with ASP Knitters (Pvt) Ltd is for a project to establish a garment factory aimed at the export market. Managing Director of ASP Knitters Kaushalya Samarasinghe and Secretary of the Ministry B H M Ratnasiri also participated.
