Junior squash development program to be launched

The Sri Lanka Squash Federation will launch the 'Star Pack National Junior Development Program, to select and train school players between the ages of 9 to 40 and schedule to develop and build National Junior Squads for all age categories.

Maximum number of players for the Development Program will be 160. For the first time squash will be introduced to many schools in the island, including Ananda, Nalanda, Isipatana, Thurstan, Ladies, Bishop's Colleges. Colombo International School British School, Asian International School, Lyceum, Elizabeth Moir School, Devi Balika and St. Bridget's Convent.

Training centres are the Gymkhana Club, SSC, Tamil Union, Royal College Sports Complex and Fingara Courts. Star Packaging Pvt Ltd. will be the Principal Sponsor of the Program.
