Polls chief appeal to Jaffna voters
Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake
yesterday issued a notice requesting registered voters of the Jaffna
Municipal Council area to make their applications to vote from the
areas of their present residence if they had fears to vote in Jaffna
at the forthcoming Jaffna Municipal Council elections.
