Sadjana Sathkara

An event organized by artistes to bestow blessings on the members of the Armed Forces and civilians who were killed in the war and violence perpetrated by the terrorists during the past three decades will be held at the Independence Square, Colombo from 5 pm to 8 pm on June 5, Friday.

The event Ranaviru Pranama Adishtana Pooja has been organized by the artistes organization Sadjana Pooja and a procession of 100 members of Buddhist clergy and the artistes will march to the Independence Square from the John de Silva Memorial Theatre, Colombo to participate in the event with religious meditation, offering of robes to the Buddhist clergy.
