The Kingston Yoga Kendra of Kingston College International held a
yoga lecture and demonstration at New Kathiresan hall, Bambalapitiya,
Colombo 4, recently presided over by the Chairman of the Kingston
College International Dr. T. Kumaraverl.
The lectures were conducted by Dr. T. N. Man Junath and Yoga
demonstration by Ajay N. Waikar of the Vivekananda Yoga Kendra
University of Bangalore, South India.

In fact, Yoga is being promoted as an 'Alternate Health Care' system
highlighting areas of diabetes, stress and heart ailments. Also, Dr. T.
N. Man Junath and Ajay N. Waikar were honoured and felicitated by
Justice Sri Bhavan of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
On completion of the program, the teachers who have completed phase I
and phase 2 were awarded with certificate by Dr. T. Kumaraverl who is
the organiser of this function.
